If you or your organization has entered into a separate written agreement with Swift governing your use of Swift’s products or services (including correction services, developer tools, dashboards, APIs, or OEM integrations), then that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with or differs from these Terms. These Terms apply only to your use of the Site and do not modify any separate agreement you may have with Swift.”

Swift develops precise positioning technology for navigation, automation, and autonomy applications. The Site provides general information about our technology, solutions, and services. Nothing on the Site guarantees performance, accuracy, or availability of our commercial offerings, which are governed by separate written agreements.
3. Changes to the Site and to these Terms
We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted. We may withdraw, update, suspend, or restrict access to any part of the Site for business, operational, or security reasons. You are responsible for ensuring that any person accessing the Site through your internet connection complies with these Terms.

• autonomous vehicle safety decisions,
• aviation navigation or control,
• rail or maritime traffic management,
• medical device operation,
• nuclear facility operation,
• military command or weapons systems,
or any application requiring assured, real‑time, or error‑free positioning.
8. Third‑Party Links & Resources
The Site may contain links to third‑party websites, tools, or resources (“Third‑Party Resources”). These are provided for convenience only.
Swift does not:
• endorse any Third‑Party Resources,
• control the content, availability, or security of such resources, or
• make any warranties regarding their accuracy, safety, legality, or completeness.
Accessing Third‑Party Resources is at your own risk.
9. User Accounts and Credentials
If the Site provides user accounts, dashboards, or logins (“Accounts”), you agree:
• to keep credentials confidential,
• not to share credentials,
• to notify Swift immediately of suspected unauthorized access,
• that Swift may revoke Accounts at any time for security or operational reasons.
You are responsible for all activity conducted under your Account.
10. User Submissions and Feedback
If you provide comments, suggestions, feedback, data, or materials (“Submissions”), you grant Swift a non‑exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from your Submissions for any purpose.
You represent that you have the right to provide the Submissions and that they do not violate any third‑party rights.
11. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)
If you believe that any Content on the Site infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA notice including:
1. A signature of the copyright owner or representative;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work;
3. Identification of infringing material and its location;
4. Contact information;

You and Swift agree that all proceedings must be conducted on an individual basis, not as a class or representative action.
Swift may bring claims in court for:
• IP infringement,
• unauthorized system access, or
• export‑control violations.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict‑of‑law principles.
19. Termination
Swift may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you cease immediately.
20. Accessibility
Swift strives to maintain an accessible website and welcomes feedback to improve accessibility.
21. Survival
